>> About the course:

• We offer classes for beginners and mixed levels :  These classes focus on learning the basics of traditional capoeira angola from Salvador da Bahia, Brazil. The lessons focus on movements, flexibility & strength, music and singing. Capoeiristas of all levels and styles are welcome to participate at any time. The classes couple physical training with music and couple games at the end of each session.

• The former age to start is 14, but younger children are very welcome if accompanied by an adult. For them, the course is free of charge.
